Refund & cancellation policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, in one click. There is no cancellation fee and no need to contact us.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for (the rest of your week, month, or 75/90-day plan). After that, your plan simply stops renewing — you are never charged again.

What we don't refund

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for time you didn't use, or for a renewal you forgot to cancel before it charged. Because every plan starts with a free full mock test, you can confirm the product fits you before paying a cent.

The one-time 90-Day Complete plan is non-refundable once your access has been activated, except in the case of a billing error described below.

We don't offer a score guarantee or a 'money-back if you don't improve' promise. Your score depends on your own practice — what we promise is honest scoring, an accurate prediction, and a clear plan.

Billing errors — refunded in full

If something genuinely went wrong with billing, we make it right. We will refund you in full for: a duplicate charge for the same period; a charge taken after you had already cancelled; or a charge caused by a technical fault on our side.

Email us at admin@ptemocks.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the approximate date. We reply the same working day and process eligible refunds back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Free tier

The full mock test, the 10-minute diagnostic, and the first question of every practice type are free and require no payment — there is nothing to refund there. They exist so you can fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.

Payments & currency

All prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net-banking and major wallets. We never see or store your card details. Your bank handles any currency conversion at its own rate.
